Hottest Development in Franklin this year

 

Will Westhaven community with it's mix of retail spaces, flat condos, townhomes, luxury homes, and median Franklin Homes still be the leader in Franklin for homes sales and price growth.  Or will there be a new player like the Carolina Close development located just off of Mack Hatcher near BGA play a role in the growing developments this year.  Also there is a direct competitor to Westhaven with great Interstate connectivity and that is Berry Farms going in down at Goose Creek Bypass.  While we are down in the South side of Franklin what about Streamside Valley or Highlands at Ladd Park.  There is definitely a lot of growth going on still in Franklin and you should find something for almost every budget and every design.   Search homes on the most fulfilling real estae search at EXIT Realty of the South.
